Review content:
I was charged for items that I was told were "ordered", that any reputable vacuum store would have in stock. I was charged for labor ("in advance") and told that a diagnostic was performed on my vacuum when I know that it never moved from behind the counter (positively). One guy is so hyped-up on whatever, that he is belligerent with every customer that enters the store. He was yelling at an old woman when I arrived telling her "nothing is free". This was the most harmless woman in the world, who, like other customers who were there when I arrived and showed up while I was there, just wanted to know why they were being charged what they were being charged. The customers walking out when I arrived were shaking their heads after dealing with the nut behind the counter and just charged a lot of money.
Avoid this place like the plague. I have found Appliance Fix-It in 7-Corners to be very honest and reliable. I will NEVER, ever go back to o Alexandria Appliance Repair again - and don't let anyone you care for go there either.
