Review content:
I ordered some shoes online for the posted online price which was an unbelievable $0.00, all I had to do was pay shipping. Of course I didn't expect the order to go through, but I was soon contacted by sneakerama whom said the order was on its way. Great!
Not so great. They ended up charging an unauthorized $200.00 to my credit card. I called the credit card company to see who was making this unauthorized transaction and they told me it was sneakerama. They asked me about the situation and I told them exactly what you are reading here. They said that unauthorized charging is theft and wanted to know if I wanted to press charges. I said no and that I'd clear it up with sneakerama.
I quickly called sneakerama and began to explain what the credit card company said. Before I could finish Steve, the owner, absolutely BLEW UP calling me a thief, a sleezebag amongst other explicit profanities. He continued on for a few minutes not letting me finish. I responded in kind and the situation quickly deteriorated. He asked if I was from California, I guess he has something against the west coast.
All I wanted was to say is that the credit card company said he should not be processing unauthorized transactions and that I want to return one of the two pairs of shoes ordered.
I will be returning both pairs of shoes. I am sure this is not how he usually operates his business but I am one unsatisfied customer!
