I have an awful experience with Sandberg -- both in buying my car from them as well as working with their service department. I was sold the car at a price higher than was advertised on their own website, this they chalked up to confusion in their dealership!!! WHATEVER! Then, within 3 weeks there were 2 different lights coming on in my car ...check engine, low coolant and a weird squeaking in my brakes. When I took it to another Volvo specialist first, they said Sandberg would have had to know about this issues prior to the sale ...and recommended that I take it back to Sandberg and try to have them make it right. Sandberg failed MISERABLY at trying to make it right. When my estimate came back at over $1500 -- they sales department said they would kick in $200 in good faith, on service issues THEY KNEW ABOUT PRIOR TO THE SALE!!! They really are crooks and should not be allowed to sell under the Volvo franchise!!
