Businiess name:  Jack's Aquarium & Pets
Review by:  Nathaniel C.
Review content:
Jack's Stores try to pretend to be local stores, but are just another chain store. Their staff is about par for the type of store -- I had one employee tell me that Mandarin Dragonets cannot take copper medication because they are INVERTEBRATES. At a different Jack's, I had two staff members arguing with me about whether or not another customer could add TWO yellow tangs and an auriga butterfly to a 12-gallon nano which already had a large damsel, and corals (which the butterfly would have eaten). Thankfully, the other customer realized who was giving better advise and didn't buy anything. Aquariums are always ugly, algae covered. Poor selection, and fish are in poor health. Whatever happened to the quality independent retailers?
