Review content:
I was in the store ready to make a big purchase of over 1,000 dollars. While talking about the gear in question with a guitar sales representative. The manager of the store (an old guy with an attitude) rudely interrupted me mid sentence and said, "I need to talk to you now." The sale rep said, "Ok.. Let me finish helping this customer and I will be with you." The manager then said, "No, I come first you'll talk to me now!!! This will have to wait." I started to say, "Excuse me..." and was told by the manager to, "Sit tight this is more important." Needless to say I walked out and took my business else where. I will not be returning to Sam Ash again. And, will continue to inform all I meet of the lack of customer respect that the manager at this store has towards their customers. Go to Guitar Center or Best Buy Music just up the street. They respect their customers there and have a much better inventory.
Pros: Big fancy Store
Cons: Poor and disrespectful Management...
