Review content:
Ordered pizza at 6:50 pm. Was told it would be ready in a half hour. Called back at 7:10 pm. They said they weren't sure where it was - whether it was en route or still being made. Tried to call back at 7:40, at regular intervals for ten minutes. Line was busy. Drove the five minutes to the pizza place and asked to speak to the owner. He wasn't surprised it was us. Said the ravioli was being made and he had the pizzas waiting. Offered no reason for why it took two hours for our food to be done. After I mentioned I had an unhappy child at home, he offered free desert, it was now 8:15. Received three small cups of italian ice. The check out girl graciously took off the delivery charge which we had a coupon for in the first place. After seeing we weren't satisfied, he said his competitors wouldn't have done anything more than a free coke and offered me half off a future pizza purchase. Took the pizza home and we weren't surprised to find the pizza was lukewarm as if it had been sitting on the warmer for an hour and a half. To be honest, even if it had been warm, it wasn't that good. We won't be using the fifty percent discount. There will be no future purchases.
