Michel Angelos Pizza & Pasta

The pizza is NOT better. They say everything is the same except the sauce but it's not true. Just average pizza, I'm so bummed. more

My family and I have been going to Michel Angelo's for about a year now, whether its a slice after my son's baseball game or bringing home some pizza & lasagna, I have to say I've noticed some impressive changes. I guess they switched owners and have made some new additions or modifications to the menu. For example they now have wheat crust, supreme pizzas, meat sauce for any pasta...those are the few that stood out for my family. Plus my husband loves it because our daughter eats free when we dine in their cafe! Its affordable and great food!!! more

Good: The pizza is fabulous! A lot of flavor in the sauce with a delicious crust!This is the best pizza around: way better than any pizza chain!. Bad: Location. The restaurant seems out of place. There is a different entrance for carry out and sit down which can be confusing the first time.. Improvements: The biggest improvement that Michel Angelos has made is the transfer of ownership. The new owner has made many improvements in staff, menu selection, and new specials and promotions. This business has improved 100%, and changes are still being made. Every time I stop in there is something new!. Other: The restaurant is where its at! It is beautifully decorated, cozy, and relatively quiet. There aren't the annoyances like you find in bigger restaurants.. more

Ordered pizza at 6:50 pm. Was told it would be ready in a half hour. Called back at 7:10 pm. They said they weren't sure where it was - whether it was en route or still being made. Tried to call back at 7:40, at regular intervals for ten minutes. Line was busy. Drove the five minutes to the pizza place and asked to speak to the owner. He wasn't surprised it was us. Said the ravioli was being made and he had the pizzas waiting. Offered no reason for why it took two hours for our food to be done. After I mentioned I had an unhappy child at home, he offered free desert, it was now 8:15. Received three small cups of italian ice. The check out girl graciously took off the delivery charge which we had a coupon for in the first place. After seeing we weren't satisfied, he said his competitors wouldn't have done anything more than a free coke and offered me half off a future pizza purchase. Took the pizza home and we weren't surprised to find the pizza was lukewarm as if it had been sitting on the warmer for an hour and a half. To be honest, even if it had been warm, it wasn't that good. We won't be using the fifty percent discount. There will be no future purchases. more
