These guys have always been great. I took my laptop to Capricorn (now renamed something else for an obvious reason) and the people at Capricorn could not even solder a broken jack on my Sony notebook. They guys at Cyber Connect not only had a new input jack in stock they had it back to me in about 3 hours. They've never loaded anything illegal on my machines. I even asked if they could load Microsoft Office and they said they could not without the cd and key. I've dealt with other less technical / able companies and if you want something fixed right and not wait 2 - 3 weeks, this is the place to go. Capricorn is a joke and from what I've seen some serious software pirates!
