I want to say good things- great variety, lots to offer, worth checking out...BUT! Service is ridiculous. I've spent hours in their aquatics without a single offer of help. Questions about their saltwater fish? Forget about it! Fish are in poor condition, sometimes better than others but come on, pull out the dead fish once and awhile!! I've had similar concerns about the reptiles, setups way too hot, lizards and snakes all in their water bowls, some looked dead. But I really don't want to be all negative, some good deals on tanks, and a very large selection of necessities for all pets. If you know exactly what you want, check it out. If you have questions on animals or fish, good luck surfing the web cause the staff here isn't going to help you.
