Our home warrantee company refered us to this plumber, and the experience was awful. First it took 4 days to get them to come out to our house, and then when they came, they said that it would take a few days to get the parts we needed. All it needed was a simple gasket, that could have been picked up that day, but instead they took over a week to get the parts and return to install them. When we called to try to find out why it was taking so long we were treated like crap, and basically given a "you already paid your deductible so we'll come when we feel like it" attitude. Though the leaks got fixed, the plumber reversed the hot and cold lines, causing lots of problems (and burns) for my 3 year old whose bathroom it is. Amatuer mistake from a very unprofessional company.
