I'm telling you, Pong Imports can handle any problem. I was having trouble with my '03 Lexus ES300 and brought it to Pong's because my friend had recommended the shop to me when her car had broken down. She had told me that they were just as good as any dealers but without costing me an arm and a leg. I trusted her and handed my baby to them. They were absolutely phenomenal. They were first rate and explained to me the possible causes for the problems and asked for my approval before doing anything to my car. They even gave me tips for better maintenance and were honest about the repairs. These guys have earned my trust 100%!
