Review content:
Yes he seems knowledgeable; but hard to understand. When I went for my first visit it felt like a business meeting and not a Dr. appointment. The Santa Monica location does not have the capabilities to do vaccines or draw blood work. The Dr. was wrong about a skin problem I was having and brushed off my other problem because I'm young although I have been having this IBS problem for many years and it has nothing to do with drinking enough water. I insisted he send me to a specialist. When I did go to see the specialist they said the Doc filled it out on the wrong form so I went down to LAX for nothing and waited for 2 hours just to have them tell me I would have to have the Doc fill out the right referral form. The only thing I liked about Dr. Kostenboym's office is the receptionist is friendly and helpful and you can get appointments right away and same day unlike UCLA where you'll be waiting for a month. I'll have to weigh it out and see him again to know for sure if I'll stay.
