Review content:
This is the worst family practice I have ever seen or heard of. The wait is inexcusable-usually at least 45 minutes to an hour BEFORE you are ushered into a small room to wait even longer.
The staff are rude and incompetent-I have seen them lose and misplace charts several times. I have waited for a visit before only to find the staff never pulled my chart and put it in the queue. Once their mistake was made, there were no apologies whatsoever.
I would rather cut my own foot off with a rusty knife than EVER step foot in this place again.
