We moved to the DC/Maryland area from the west coast about 5 years ago and I was having no luck finding a great Salon or Stylist, after getting my high-lights screwed up a few times I started to get really nervous about trusting anyone anymore.
I even planned on making trips back to the west coast to the person who I trusted. But I was searching thru the Internet and completely stumbled onto a couple different posts about a Stylist/Hair color person in Bethesda MD, which is a little bit of a drive but TOTALLY worth it. This Colorist who fixed my High-lights name is Boy Sharp. I now have been going to him for 5 years even followed him when he moved to a new salon that is also a Spa. He is the best ever!
Boy Sharp talked about colors that work for my skin tone and eye color (who else does that?), also my face shape and great ways to accent my features. Made me feel like a beautiful mom.
Now I will make trips back to him regardless where we move to next. matter of fact he has done a better job than I have ever had. I am still getting compliments from strangers. He now does the hair of my husband and our daughter in law. What a nice discovery Bethesda is too. We now go there every weekend for lunch or dinner too. We will follow him anywhere!
