I contacted Aaron after seeing the beautiful work he did on a Honda S2000. My Sterling Grey Z3 Roadster has been well enjoyed with over 50K miles in the last 4 years. My daughter asked to use it as the honeymoon get-away car - so I wanted it to look great.
One nagging problem is that it has suffered some rock chips from driving here in the Pac NW. I asked Aaron if he could do anything for them. It has not been part of his normal repertoire, but it was something he wanted to try and he agreed to do it. He used a Touchup 123 kit for it. Took him awhile (~6 hours) but the results are very satisfying - he was very careful and meticulous.
After a week to let that work cure, I brought the car back for a complete detail, exterior wash, clay, compound, polish, sealant and wax. I think the car can shine all by itself in the dark - it faithfully reflects every little source of light. The metal flake just pops out at you.
Aaron also cleaned and detailed the engine compartment, interior - with leather and fabric cleaning and conditioning, and the trunk.
Aaron is the man for car enthusiasts who don't believe in a half-done job. As he worked he was willing to explain the what and why of his methods - equipping me better to take car of the car myself.
An excellent detailing job is not inexpensive, but it is a great value when it is done by someone like Aaron. I highly recommend 3LG to anyone with a "special car."
