Good: My '03 BMW had been badly neglected by previous owner. We discussed what was possible after Aaron looked at the car and was completely straightforward in the discussion about what was possible. I was very pleased with the work Aaron and his associate did with my black USP Audi A4. The exterior was not in good shape due to some pretty bad swirl marks. They were right on time in picking up my car and put 16 solid man-hours into making it look better than the day I bought it. Almost all the swirl marks were removed and the car shone in a shade of black I didn't think was possible. Honestly, it's like I have a brand new car. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Aaron. I’ve seen him in our neighborhood and had heard great things about his service, but I knew I would be putting him to the test when he came out to detail my wife’s Honda Pilot. Her car is the one that hauls the kids, the toys, the food, etc. With two small kids, no car is safe! Cheerios, yep. Baby bottles, oh yeah. Unrecognizable “stuff”, had that too. When Aaron had finished there was no sign that this was the family mobile. Heck, we might even have adults in the car! Aaron’s knowledge and attention to detail is what sets him apart. He cares about his work and it shows. I would definitely recommend 3LG to anyone who wants their car to look the best it possibly can. Next up…my Mercedes! more

I was extremely impressed with 3LG. They came to my home, picked up my car, and then dropped it off after the detail was completed! My 2001 Audi allroad had been through a few rough seasons here in the Pacific Northwest. If dealing with constant rain is not bad enough for the exterior. I have 4 kids that create their own little storms inside the vehicle. They went over the car from front to back, inside to outside and top to bottom and transformed it into mint condition. They were fast, friendly, and very thorough, and did an excellent job. I will definitely go back to them when my car needs detailing in the future, and would recommend them to others. The bottom line here is that these guys really care, are very nice to deal with, and do an amazing detail. more

I recently purchased a 1991 BMW convertible with black paint. The previous owners had neglected the paint on the car and the result was so many swirls, light scratches, and general haze that the car looked frankly terrible. 3LG was able to buff out the light scratching and swirl marks to the point where the black paint looked near-new! Aaron did an amazing job on my Audi Q7 after it was badly damaged with overspray paint. The car was heavily swirled there were several deep scratches, exterior trim, plastic, and rubber seals were damaged after 1st unsuccessful buffing by a different body shop. As a very meticulous and detail-oriented car guy myself, trust me when I say Aaron at 3LG Auto Detail is the ONLY detailer you'll find that is this good! I had some moderately severe marring/scratches on my black 350Z that were caused by a very poor claying process by a body shop. After hours and hours of trying to correct the problem myself, I realized I needed the help of a true expert to remove the deep marring. Being very wary about who I let touch my baby(car), I did a lot of researching and that's when I found 3LG. Aaron(owner) was easy to talk to and very good about asking the right questions on what I was looking for. He then explained the procedure that he would carry out to correct the defects, then quoted me a price and length of time it would take to get the results that I desired. Aaron arrived at my house promptly on time and spent 12.5 hours straight on the exterior/paintwork!!! I watched nearly the entire time as he meticulously and skillfully transformed every inch of paint to perfection! He didn't cut ANY corners at all, and took every precaution necessary to achieve the best possible outcome. He is a database of knowledge about cars and detailing, and I enjoyed talking with him about these things, as well as learning so much more about proper detailing techniques and recommended products to use. Aaron did an amazing job on my Acura MDX. My car was approaching three years old and had a lot of swirls in the black paint work. It also had tree sap, etching and was looking a lot older than it should do. I agree with all the other reviewers - the job Aaron did on my car left me smiling from ear to ear every time I looked at it. It hadn't looked as good as it did in three years. I do my own hobby car detailing so when I got an offer for a mid winter car wash at 3LG I took the assumption I wouldn't be impressed.....Aaron did an outstanding job on my black filthy daily driver...I now think I will try to book him prior to next concours or car show...his work is outstanding more

Just want to give a shout out for Aaron & Mike for the excellent jobs they performed for me. I had them give the royal treatment to our Superamerica & F355 spider and the slightly less thorough treatment to my wife's Z4. The entire process was a pleasure, and the end results were quite good. I counted 20 hours put into the Superamerica....these guys are hard working car nuts! I'm no expert on car detailing, but Aaron really impressed me with his knowledge of the field. I called around all the local detailers to get a complete detail to sell my Mercedes 2004 CLK Coupe. My car only has 30,700 miles, but was extremely tired looking; the kids, the spilling, the recent NW storms etc. I was going to list it as average to good condition, with low miles. So I was looking around for a comparable car ... cost are up over $60,000.00. Well I honestly have to say, I'm not selling! Aaron transformed the car into a show car. If I were going to sell, it would definitely be listed as "Excellent" condition, an increase in price of ~ $7 - $10k more. I've always been hesitant in using a detailing service, worried they can cause as much damage as they can correct. Not so with Aaron, he is extremely careful and consultive throughout the process. My wife and I are both car enthusiasts, and enjoy working on our cars. Washing, claying, polishing and waxing are all part of the bonding process which makes ownership of fine cars that much sweeter. Unfortunately, we are both quite busy, and sometimes there is just not enough time to take care of all the vehicles. In the past, we typically just stretched out the length of time between details until one of us could afford the time. It wasn’t because we weren’t willing to pay someone to do it, it was because we could not find someone that would care of our cars the way we did. Even worse, we were afraid it would be returned with flaws that we would ultimately have to correct. This feeling was reinforced a few months ago when we went to a big name detailer and were horrified at the level of craftsmanship. After following some of Aaron’s posts on various detailing forums, it became apparent that he truly knew what he was doing. He methodically approaches both technique and product knowledge and is highly skilled at his craft. We had him detail three of our vehicles, and they all look spectacular. I contacted Aaron after seeing the beautiful work he did on a Honda S2000. My Sterling Grey Z3 Roadster has been well enjoyed with over 50K miles in the last 4 years. My daughter asked to use it as the honeymoon get-away car - so I wanted it to look great. One nagging problem is that it has suffered some rock chips from driving here in the Pac NW. I asked Aaron if he could do anything for them. It has not been part of his normal repertoire, but it was something he wanted to try and he agreed to do it. He used a Touchup 123 kit for it. Took him awhile (~6 hours) but the results are very satisfying - he was very careful and meticulous. After a week to let that work cure, I brought the car back for a complete detail, exterior wash, clay, compound, polish, sealant and wax. I think the car can shine all by itself in the dark - it faithfully reflects every little source of light. The metal flake just pops out at you. Aaron also cleaned and detailed the engine compartment, interior - with leather and fabric cleaning and conditioning, and the trunk. Aaron is the man for car enthusiasts who don't believe in a half-done job. As he worked he was willing to explain the what and why of his methods - equipping me better to take car of the car myself. An excellent detailing job is not inexpensive, but it is a great value when it is done by someone like Aaron. I highly recommend 3LG to anyone with a "special car." more

My Mom's 1998 Cadillac Catera was in dire need of a makeover. I knew after speaking to Aaron that he was the right guy. Talk about meticulous! He is the best.
