Businiess name:  Festival Foods

Review content:
I lost my closest grocery store (Cub) and I refuse to shop my next closest (Copps) I refuse to shop due to repeated poor customer service. I really don't mind making the trip to Buchanan to the new Festival Foods, which is the best grocery store in the Fox Cities as far as I'm concerned. My pros: -- Very large and varied produce -- Large and fresh deli / meat / seafood department, with a large selection of "ready-to-finish" items like marinated chicken and meatloaf -- Wonderful salad bar, bigger and fresher than the Roundy's stores -- Olive / pesto bar -- Soup bar -- Sushi bar -- Cashier at lunch hours and dining tables in salad bar area (convenient for those just popping in for lunch) -- Hot food bar, great for lunch or on the way home when I don't feel like cooking -- Good overall grocery selection -- Large liquor department -- Nice selection of single-serve beverages near checkouts -- Decent fresh bakery -- Other perks offered (though I don't use) like Tot Spot babysitting, etc. -- Courteous, attentive staff My cons: -- Not close to my house (yet... Festival is opening a second store in the former Cub on Northland this summer!) -- Hard to get out of parking lot if going westbound on College -- Not a deep-discounter like Wal-Mart but the service more than makes up for it -- No self-checkouts -- Sometimes too few cashiers at peak times of day
