I recently visited Powell Minor ER because I was experiencing terrible pain from a sore that would not heal. I was amazed at the fast service I received and the medical treatment options I was offered. After being evaluated by the Doctor, it was determined that my sore could be treated by oral medication (Which could not be guaranteed to keep it from returning or healing) or to have the sore surgically removed. The choice was mine and I had the option of selecting the treatment option I wanted. Although the cost of surgically removing the sore was more expensive, it was the permanent solution to my problem. After some careful consideration, I chose to have the surgery. The doctor performed the surgery at the clinic and although it was a little uncomfortable I was relieved to be on the mend. I would recommend Powell Minor ER to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, cared for without feeling like a cow at a cattle branding, and provided with top quality medical treatment. Personally, I like the pay as you go process at this clinic . . . you know what it will cost and you pay the bill . . . that's it . . . no hassles.
