Review content:
Red Top Cab is completely unreliable if you need a cab to pick you up at a certain time. Need to catch a flight? Need to make a Dr's appointment? Need to make a VIP meeting at your office?? Need a reliable ride anywhere that has to pick you up at an exact time??? You'd better walk, call a friend, or take mass transit before you call these idiots. They might show up 70% of the time - lulling you into the belief that they might be reliable. But when you really need them and you think everything will be fine because you reserved a cab pick up 24-48 hours in advance - they don't show up - and then the idiot in customer service can't do anything but send another cab - which might show up in 20 or 30 or 40 minutes - if at all - making you late. Red Top/Blue Top has a monopoly here in Arlington, Virginia and we the consumer have no recourse but to take it. Oh, one more thing - their commercials are hilarious - they are the exact opposite of what they portray on TV - False advertising at it's best. Do not give them your business!
