I have never been to their store I live to far away in Texas so order my products online I have been dealing with upco for nearly twenty years I've had great satisfaction with their products and service if anything ever came damaged which was very rarely because the package things so well they would replaced immediately I would recommend this company to anyone Good job UPCO I wish more companies were like you
