I have never been to their store I live to far away in Texas so order my products online I have been dealing with upco for nearly twenty years I've had great satisfaction with their products and service if anything ever came damaged which was very rarely because the package things so well they would replaced immediately I would recommend this company to anyone Good job UPCO I wish more companies were like you more

Upco Pet Supplies 9/21/2006

I am a strong believer in immunizations for my son and my pets. However I am also a frugal person, so I do my pet immunizations at home. In the state of Wisconsin I can even do my own Rabies vaccination. I searched high and low online for the best prices on immunizations. I get most of my pet immunizations at Upco.com. I have done three orders through Upco. One order did arrive damaged but Upco refunded my money the same day and were friendly when I called. The vaccinations do need to stay cool so shipping is more expensive then normal, but even with the higher shipping I save lots of money doing my own immunizations. We have a dog, two cats, and a rabbit who all require multiple shots. NOTE: Your animals will still require yearly check-ups at a vets office. more

Great selection 12/6/2005

Upco is the only place that I buy our dogs food. They eat a rather expensive brand and Upco always has the cheapest price. I know alot of people who buy shots for their dogs there to save a visit to the vet. They have a huge supply of toys and treats too. Upco has something for every animal fromcats and dogs to horses. They have grooming supplies, kennels, toys, flea and tick stuff ... everything you could possibly need for one stop animal shopping. more

Huge store for all your pet needs 8/1/2005

I have relatives that come to town just to come to UPCO because they love to get their dogs the HUGE pig ears they sell. The dogs just love them! I think it is a neat store, because it is so large, and until recently it was the only store of its kind in the area. It is located just off the Belt Hwy and is very convenient. Also, you can take your pet if he/she is one a leash! more
