I came across a review of The Bride Room and had to add my own. I purchased my wedding gown there last year. My experience from the moment I walked into the door until the moment I walked down the aisle was the best customer service I have ever received. Their assistance and attention to detail with my dress was undeniable. They helped with all my wedding questions and I felt a feeling of complete sincerity. I not only felt like this store cared but I also walked away feeling as if I had made new friends.
The small atmosphere helped make it not so overwhelming and they seemed very willing to accommodate my budget.
I highly recommend the store for anyone wanting a bridal experience....
