Wonderful Bridal Experience 1/21/2007

I came across a review of The Bride Room and had to add my own. I purchased my wedding gown there last year. My experience from the moment I walked into the door until the moment I walked down the aisle was the best customer service I have ever received. Their assistance and attention to detail with my dress was undeniable. They helped with all my wedding questions and I felt a feeling of complete sincerity. I not only felt like this store cared but I also walked away feeling as if I had made new friends. The small atmosphere helped make it not so overwhelming and they seemed very willing to accommodate my budget. I highly recommend the store for anyone wanting a bridal experience.... more

Upscale, but too small 3/18/2006

The Bridal Room is an upscale boutique style wedding dress shop. I found that their selection was too small especially since I did not know what I was looking for and their prices were high. The staff was not overly eager to help me either but I am not sure if that was because it was the end of the day. more
