Review content:
I sometimes shop in Lexington Center while my daughter is at dance class, and I`m usually pretty bored with the same old stuff. Plenty for teen-agers and seniors but not much for women in the middle, looking for something stylish.
Then I found Gypsy Moon. It`s a little out of the way, I found it while waiting to go to the restaurant, Lex. The minute I stepped through the door, it was like leaving the world behind and stepping into a misty new one where silk dresses shimmered and chandeliers glowed warmly on the velvet couch. I wanted to live there!
The young woman who helped me was a dream to work with. She was super friendly and sweet, very attentive and I felt she really listened to me. I found something I loved but it was the wrong color, so they offered to make it for me, custom, at no additional fee.
Sure enough, in 9 days it arrived at my house, wrapped wonderfully with flowers and ribbons and with a cool little vintage bracelet added in as a gift because they thought it went with my outfit. I couldn't believe it. I wrote them a thank you note and they posted it in their customer comments.
I am a loyal customer for life...these people are the kindest and most generous folks I have ever met in a retail situation. I think this is how the world used to be, a long time ago.
