I have been a customer of the west coast video store located at the 38 FENN RD, NEWINGTON, CT store for four years. I have never been late on my video rentals. I received a phone call that I did not return a video yet, and I was late for the other one seven days. When I told them that I returned them on the due date, they found the claimed missing one in the store. They told me that the manager only works on Sundays between 11:00 am to 05:00 pm. Thus, they could not receive a credit from them because noone was authorized to do it until this time. Also, they could not honor my request to speak to someone who was in charge. I told them that I wanted to close my account, and she could not do that one too. She was very rude. A very bad experience.
