West Coast Video

I have been a customer of the west coast video store located at the 38 FENN RD, NEWINGTON, CT store for four years. I have never been late on my video rentals. I received a phone call that I did not return a video yet, and I was late for the other one seven days. When I told them that I returned them on the due date, they found the claimed missing one in the store. They told me that the manager only works on Sundays between 11:00 am to 05:00 pm. Thus, they could not receive a credit from them because noone was authorized to do it until this time. Also, they could not honor my request to speak to someone who was in charge. I told them that I wanted to close my account, and she could not do that one too. She was very rude. A very bad experience. S. Simsek more

I really like this video store because it is not only cheaper than Blockbuster and Hollywood but they usually have everything I'm looking for, from new releases to older movies. They also have a great subscription program where you can rent as many movies as you want with no late fees for around $20 a month which I just signed up for and it is well worth it if you like movies and I think it even pays for itself if you just get like 5 movies. The best part is that they don't automatically charge you every month like other places and unlike Netflix you can get what you want right away. more
