Review content:
I had already been diagnosed with a very painful colitis. The diagnosis was already complete all I needed was treatment. Sine my prognosis was sent from a different state, I had to fly back to AZ to receive treatment (insurance issues). The emergency room was filthy and unkept, the bathrooms were unsanitary and the staff was (my RN especially) was very rude a had refused to read the paperwork that my doctor had sent over telling me she was too busy to read my packet (it was only the first page that had to be read). I have never received health care like this in my entire life and left the hospital without treatment in pain.
