I stumbled onto this website and after reading a bad review posted here about Townsend Pest Control I couldn't help but add my 2-cents-worth opposite opinion. I guess it just shows that you can't please all the people all the time. My own experience with them has been excellent and over a long period of time. I work for (manage) a property management company on the eastside, and we use Townsend on 4 large condominium sites in Bellevue and several commercial properties. I have also used them on my own house in Issaquah for carpenter ants, and we see their trucks in the neighborhood all the time. I think my ex uses them. They're a fast response, thorough, and professional outfit. I've used several other pest companies at other property management positions, and business would be generally much easier if all our subs and vendors were as good as these guys are. It is a shame to hear that maybe they botched one job up, but I would recommend them to anyone.
