Review content:
The ProClub is the best gym of which I've ever been a member. To say it is large is an understatement. The gym attempts to accommodate every workout habit so there are numerous workout rooms with tons of machines (weights and cardio). There are rooms for women only and three co-ed workout rooms: one that's fully lighted, another that is partially lighted, and another that's pretty dark. There's a room full of free weights and some machines and there are courts galore: basketball, tennis, and raquetball. I like the dark room because while I'm doing my dreadful cardio, I like to escape in my thoughts.
There is a wide variety of group classes - free and paid. I enjoy the spinning and cardio kickboxing classes. There are even classes for children and teens.
The locker rooms are all very clean and has lots of showers though locker space could be scarce if you arrive during the peak after-work hours. There are three hot tubs; a sauna; and a steam room. And the women's locker is right near the Spa.
The biggest downside is the cost, which is understandable since the gym has so much to offer. If it weren't for my employer, I would not be a member of the ProClub because it's sooo expensive. Don't get me wrong, the club is fabulous but I don't utilize all of its services to validate the high monthly cost.
