Review content:
I was having transmission troubles and was shopping for a low price when i called Family Auto. They suggested i bring it down for a free inspection.I was already getting quotes of 1800.00 to 2400.00 dollars already and was ready to get it done by whoever had the best price and warranty.Steve stated that the car needed a software upgrade.(wh ever heard of this?) He said it would be about 125.oo dollars and if it didnt work,he would refund it.So i took a shot..That was 4 months ago.Transmission is fine. How did the transmission shops not know this? I went back and asked and they said they didn't purchase the tool as it was expensive. Family auto is at the cuting edge of technology the transmission shop owner said!!!
