I had my 6 condo units listed for sale with another realtor for 345 days
min activ, min feedback, no sales
2 months ago i switched to Maxwell Realty Company, to handle my condo units in the Art Museum Area, I signed a listing contract and sales contract, on the advise of MS.Alperin_Regni, and am happy to report that 2 0f my units are rented, and one is under agreement to close.
Weekly reports are the best, and that personal phone call every few days is verry helpfull.
If you are sitting on property, call them
Maxwell Realty delivers results and is so nice to deal with too
