Let me be perfectly clear - if you're expecting a pristine jewel shop with polished stones on velvet - you WILL be disappointed.
Jox is dusty and very basic. But if you are a lover of semi-precious stones, you will find yourself in a veritable treasure trove.
The prices here are exponentially lower than you might find in a gift/retail/new agey type shop in which you'd expect to find amethyst, rose quartz, tourmaline, etc, etc.
The selection is surprising and extensive, and you'll find far more than you went in expecting to get.
