Jox is definitely not a fancy-shmancy type of affair. It is dusty and cluttered, and I don't understand how the owners know where anything is, but they seem to.
They are fairly personable, and know their inventory. They have a very strong opinion of things, but are open to listen to someone else when you give an opinion or suggestion.
There are cut, unfinished slabs, geodes, faceted, and specimens. There are also used and new electric tools. You will find this place either very interesting and comfortable, or uncomfortable. But you will find lots of treasures, if you can look past the dust. After all, cutting semi-precious gems is a dirty job, but someone has to do it, and Jox does it just fine for me.
