I love the Omni Hotel in San francisco! They have the absolute best customer service!!
They have a turn down service at night, where your room is cleaned again, the relaxing TV station is put on, mints on the night stand, and ice in your bucket. they also give you complimentary drinks for breakfast at your door along with a newspaper.
i really enjoyed my stay there. it was almost perfect.
