I love the Omni Hotel in San francisco! They have the absolute best customer service!! They have a turn down service at night, where your room is cleaned again, the relaxing TV station is put on, mints on the night stand, and ice in your bucket. they also give you complimentary drinks for breakfast at your door along with a newspaper. i really enjoyed my stay there. it was almost perfect. more

Omni was a very pleasant experience 4/11/2006

I just completed a four night stay at the Omni on California Street. I must say, I have not had better service anywhere. Our room was very nicely appointed and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. There was a high speed Ethernet feed at no extra cost. We had several requests that were met immediately and courteously. The staff were very friendly. In brief, I stay in hotels all over the world. The Omni in San Francisco provides world class service in a very nice environment. This was an very pleasant experience. more
