Businiess name:  Romanello's Restrnts
Review by:  Pamela C.
Review content:
I have visited Romanello's on South Park several times over the years while in Hamburg on business and each time the quality of the food, and ESPECIALLY the service has been a little worse than the time before. There are not many choices for dining near the Fairgrounds, where Romanello's is located, and I suppose that's the only reason I have continued to return, although I swear this will be the last. Romanello's has the pretense of a better quality restaurant, ie white table cloths and waiters in black and white, but any similarity to quality ends there. From the iceberg lettuce salad, to the straight-from-the-can soup, to the packaged, take-out-of-the-freezer and heat entrées, Romanello's "cuisine" is mediocre at best. Unfortunately, that is more than can be said for the service. Be prepared to wait and wait for your food to arrive. If you want another drink or your water glass refilled you may have to tackle one of the waitpersons as they zip past your table avoiding eye contact. And prepare to pay an obligatory 20% gratuity if you are in a group. I wish I could think of something nice to say about Romanello's, but having just spent an extremely unpleasant evening there, I cannot think of one positive thing to share.
