I was looking for some custom vintage glass buttons for my 1960's vintage top, and after 15 minutes, I had to ask for help, even though the sales people were there chatting amongst themselves. (yes there were 2 people watching me like a hawk but didn't even bother to ask if I needed help!)
They have some great buttons and the fabrics are "exquisite" but the service was very poor. I noticed this with customers who didn't fit a certain "designer" profile. That day I was wearing my business suit with sling back heels and designer handbag, so I don't know why they turned their nose up at me. Unless you are among the rich and famous, or fit a certain profile, don't expect good service. I will never go there again.
