Found Hair in the food and had to still pay. I pulled the big black hair out of my Pizza right in front of the server. They acted like nothing was wrong with hair in my food. We decided we did not want to eat the food after having nasty hair in it, so we get up to leave assuming we would not have to pay for what we could not eat due to the nasty preparation of it, and we were SHOCKED to find the girl stoped us and gave us a 28.00 bill. Were leaving without eating, yet we had to pay.
We asked to speak to the owner who had just came in during the time we were there. The girl goes to get him, we hear him yell at her quote " I dont have time for this
*hit!!! UN quote.
I felt it was very unproffesional for a food place to watch me pull hair out of my food, and no one does anything to ensure we will go back and then the slap in the face is we still had to pay.
This could have been handles in a much different manner. My hubby works in Wilmington and ate there 4 toimes a week plus we ate there almost every Friday night and we got treated like this the first time we ever complain and its over hair!!! I guess they appreciate there repeat business dont they?
VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE, BAD BUSINESS WHEN A CLIENT HAS TO PAY FOR FOOD WITH HAIR IN IT AND THEN GO TO McDONALDS ACROSS THE STREET AND GET BETTER FOOD. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR HAIR THEY MIGHT BE CHARGING EXTRA FOR IT!!
Needless to say we will not be back!
