This is the place to get a great steak sub. Nice toasty bread and plenty of meat, etc. They'll fix it just the way you like too. Outstanding service inside and a drive through window if you're not stopping. This is the only place in town I'd ever get a steak sub. more

Me and my buddies go here all the time. I see a lot of families there to, so it must be popular with them too. What's not to like? They have it all. Great food great service. Lots of TV's. Outdoor dining area for those of us who still smoke ;-) Come on out! more

This is hands down the BEST pizza place around. You can tell by the (always) full parking lot. The workers are fast and courteous and the owner is very involved. He cares about his customers and his business. The food is always the best. Try it, you won't be disappointed! more

I really hate unclean resturants and this is a big one. This place serves hair with there food then makes you pay for it. What a great place to spend your hard earned money!! NOT!!!! more

In my opinion the food from Generations is of very good quality. I order there a few times a month and have never been sorry for doing so. Their pizza sauce is sweet and mellow with just the right amount of oregano for my tastes. They use a thin crust that has a nice snap to it and a sort of provolone cheese blend that isn't too greasy. Certainly more expensive than Domino's but if you are in Wilmington and looking to treat yourself to a great pizza I highly recommend Generations. more

Found Hair in the food and had to still pay. I pulled the big black hair out of my Pizza right in front of the server. They acted like nothing was wrong with hair in my food. We decided we did not want to eat the food after having nasty hair in it, so we get up to leave assuming we would not have to pay for what we could not eat due to the nasty preparation of it, and we were SHOCKED to find the girl stoped us and gave us a 28.00 bill. Were leaving without eating, yet we had to pay. We asked to speak to the owner who had just came in during the time we were there. The girl goes to get him, we hear him yell at her quote " I dont have time for this *hit!!! UN quote. I felt it was very unproffesional for a food place to watch me pull hair out of my food, and no one does anything to ensure we will go back and then the slap in the face is we still had to pay. This could have been handles in a much different manner. My hubby works in Wilmington and ate there 4 toimes a week plus we ate there almost every Friday night and we got treated like this the first time we ever complain and its over hair!!! I guess they appreciate there repeat business dont they? VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE, BAD BUSINESS WHEN A CLIENT HAS TO PAY FOR FOOD WITH HAIR IN IT AND THEN GO TO McDONALDS ACROSS THE STREET AND GET BETTER FOOD. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR HAIR THEY MIGHT BE CHARGING EXTRA FOR IT!! Needless to say we will not be back! more

I am big time in to clean resturants and good food not to mention customer service, and when i have a problem like this I must tell because I hate paying for what I DONT GET!!!!! This place made us still pay for food that had hair in it! YES thats right with a big long black hair in the pizza that I pulled out right in front of the server, The owner knew us and we ate there several times a week. The food had hair in it, All they had to do was make new food and pay for the tab, it would have been the right thing to do. but instead they did not so we got up and left and they still made us pay for food we did not eat. There is a big problem anytime a customer has to pay for food they could not eat because it has hair in it. We questioned having to pay and the girl tried to get the owner and he yelled I dont have time for this!!!!! Well that says it all doesnt it, He has no time for a cuatomer that is a repeat cuatomer with hair in there food. Its just bad business to expect a client to pay when they had to leave and go eat somewhere else. Beware of buying hair, no one has hair nets on in this place either and the cooks have long hair and they cant figure out why there was hair in the food. I will say that during the day you will notice its like a different place compared to the night shift and the night shift cooks. SO REMEMBER THE SECRET RECIPE IS HAIR!!!!!!!!! and you will have to pay for the hair. more
