Review content:
Worst we experience we have ever had with a vet. 1 year 5 month maltese, up to date on all shots. We wanted routine dental cleaning, and check for a urinary track infection. Final bill $783.64 for "required" testing to do dental work. Wonder if tests were really performed? All negative on such a young dog. Why wouldn't they be.!! This in my opinion was only "bulking" up a bill because she is an expensive dog, and we are fairly new to the area. When asked for copies of my records The vet refused them. I asked for the reports and he instructed his staff worker to call the police on me several times. I said "go ahead" each time. The last time the staff worker asked him if he wanted her to call the police. He said "no'. He is a disgrace to his profession and I wonder if he is legally licensed as he kept trying to hide or keep things from me.. Very upsetting experience and would advise other people to think twice before going to The Shannon Parkway Animal Hospital. "NO STARS"
