Review content:
I called several times and everytime I was put on hold for extended periods of time and when I asked why they would do that to a patient they would slam the phone down.
The receptionist answering the phone is very rude.
I go there only for Dr. Mendu who is excellent and a very good person. Very busy place only because of him. Long waits even with an appointment. Appointments do NOT mean much. You will still wait at least one hour in the evenings and weekend mornings.
