Not just looking for the Best Margaritas, but the Best Mexican Food Around??? Look no further. Jose Tejas in Iselin NJ has it all. Very centrally located on route 1/9 near the Woodbridge Mall, Jose Tejas has an extensive menu of Tex/Mex, Southwestern and Cajun cuisine. My favorite is the Crawfish Etouffee. AWESOME!! Their Fajitas are absolutely to DIE FOR...completely loaded with either steak or chicken, peppers, onions, the works. YUMMO! And now the Margaritas...what can I say, either frozen or on the rocks, with or without salt, they are the best. The greatest part of this place is the prices. My hubby and I eat there with appetizers and a meal and a Margatita or 2 for maybe $30. Well worth it. I even love the atmosphere, country/western music, real wood tables and chairs. The staff is so nice and friendly and the food comes to you so fast. ONE RECOMMENDATION...if you are in a great hurry to eat, go early in the evening. If you plan on going on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared to wait. The food is so good that Jose Tejas fills up fast! Well worth the wait though. ENJOY!!!!!
