If you live in East Bakersfield, then you'll want to go to the East Hills Mall for your Halloween shopping needs. You can shop in the various stores within for Halloween treasures. I recommend going to Mervyns first to see what Halloween Costumes they have for children as in the past they've had some really cute ones. Plus if you get tired of shopping, you can always catch a movie or grab a bite to eat.
