If you live in East Bakersfield, then you'll want to go to the East Hills Mall for your Halloween shopping needs. You can shop in the various stores within for Halloween treasures. I recommend going to Mervyns first to see what Halloween Costumes they have for children as in the past they've had some really cute ones. Plus if you get tired of shopping, you can always catch a movie or grab a bite to eat. more

EAST HILLS SHOPPING MALL - PLEASE GROW AND EXPAND YOUR BUSINESSES! 4/11/2006

LIVING OVER HERE ON THE NE SIDE, OUR ONLY SHOPPING MALL IS EAST HILLS.....IT IS REALLY NICE AND CLEAN AND HAS EASY ACCESS TO GET TO, EITHER FROM FASHION PLACE OR THE HWY. 178! GREAT PARKING. HOWEVER, ALL THE SHOPS AND STORES SEEM TO CLOSE UP, AND THERE ARE HARDLY ANY STORES LEFT! THERE ARE A FEW GREAT STORES LEFT, AND I HOPE THEY STAY! IT IS NICE TO BE ABLE TO WALK AROUND A SHOPPING MALL THAT IS NOT TOTALLY CROWDED AND CRAZY! THE THEATER IS REALLY NICE TO HAVE TOO! IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR THE KIDS' TO HANG OUT OR GO TO THE MOVIES. HAS GOOD SECURITY AND LIGHTING IN PARKING LOTS. more
