Review content:
We have had Cingular for several years and have never had a problem. We were once charged roaming because we picked up a Canadian tower. My husband called and said, "I may have been able to see Canada, but I was standing in the United States." They took the charge off. I like that we have free long distance and no roaming anywhere in the US (well, anywhere we can pick up a signal!).
