Review content:
I have been to Pomegranate a number of times over the last couple of years IMHO they've got the best Moussaka of any Mediterranean/Greek restaurant in the Bay Area. Mediterranean food is one of my favorite types of foods and Moussaka is one of my favorite dishes so I consider myself to be an expert of sorts. Their Gyros are excellent too as is their Greek Salad. My husband has ordered various other entrees and has been very happy with them so I would say the quality of all of their food is very good.
Everytime we've been there they have a good sized crowd so I recommend making reservations. I love the ambiance and the beautiful mural as you walk thru the door makes you feel as though you're on the Mediterranean.
