From the first time Mr. Williams came to measure our home, it has been a trail of disappointment and untruths. After he takes your "down payment," you will find it impossible to get him to return a call. My wife and I have made multiple trips back to his shop to try and either get the work done or have our money refunded. I am now pursing legal action to recover my money, even after Mr. Williams gave me his word that he would refund it at my request. Go anywhere else for your tile work needs.
