I KNOW BOB WILLIAM'S HOME ADDRESS! 7/6/2010

He is a thief! Just like countless others, I too got ripped off by Bob Williams. Asked me to pay up front for a job then literally stole my money! Never to hear from him again. I know where he lives if any of you would like to confront him at his house. He lives at 6108 Shorewood Ln, Arlington Texas 76016. If I was 15 years younger and didn't have a family to protect, I would have done something horrible to his vehicles or house by know. Sad thing is, he is still out there stealing people's money as I'm writing this. Someone please at lest immobilize his car so he can't continue to steal innocent people's money! 6108 Shorewood Ln, Arlington TX 76016. gave him money to order carpet Dec 29. Always excuses. Never any answers or carpet, Even went so far as to say that he was the victim in all of these claims. DO NOT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!! more

Bob Williams is not a man of integrity 3/24/2010

WARNING - Bob Williams is a fraud and will steal your money We paid Bob in advance and he has never returned any of our calls nor done any work. He has nice people answering his phone who try to cover for him and say how Bob is dealing with personnel issues, etc, but it's now become evident that they're covering for something else. All the bad reviews written on this website are accurate. For those that haven't yet done so, please report him to the Fraud Division of the Arlington Police Department as his actions are of criminal nature. Don't give up in pursuing him. He will either have to pay everyone back or his business will be shut down. Also, report him to the Better Business Bureau as soon as possible. more

A Business with no integrity 1/14/2010

From the first time Mr. Williams came to measure our home, it has been a trail of disappointment and untruths. After he takes your "down payment," you will find it impossible to get him to return a call. My wife and I have made multiple trips back to his shop to try and either get the work done or have our money refunded. I am now pursing legal action to recover my money, even after Mr. Williams gave me his word that he would refund it at my request. Go anywhere else for your tile work needs. more

A liar and thief 1/6/2010

I gave Bob a downpayment for both hardwood and carpet. He broke every promise and would not return calls. He told the most outrageous stories and seemed that every word from his mouth was a lie. Finally to stay on some kind of schedule for my remodel, I repurchased the wood and paid to have it installed. Bob still owes me $3000 and now threatens to sue me for slander. He is a man with absolutely no integrity. more

Does not pay his sub-contractors! 11/20/2009

The reason most people are having a hard time with Bob is because he does not pay his subcontractors. Bob contacted my cousin to install a project in Arlington, long story short, Bob never paid him. He makes crazy excuses about being sick and never returns calls. His guys at his store will totally ignore you. After observing his business practices, I have learned that he pretty much looks for new installers on every project so he can screw the subcontractor and keep the money. This means quality is never consistent and you never know who will really install in your home. You are may also be liable to the subcontractor if he decides to place a lien for never receiving payment from Bob. We have heard horror stories from other people in the Arlington area, PLEASE STAY AWAY. more

I recommended All Floors 11/3/2009

I'm the one that recommended All Floors (Bob Williams) to my friend. My friend posted a review here, and said that Bob Williams had been recommended to him, so I felt I should explain. About 8 or 10 years ago, they floated (leveled) an uneven floor and laid down a laminate "wood" flooring. At that time, they did good work at a good price and in a reasonable amount of time. So naturally I recommended the company. Obviously, times have changed. I am now dismayed at the embarrassment that Bob Williams has caused me. Based on other people's reviews, it doesn't look like this company is still in the service business. If Bob Williams is no longer in the actual flooring business, he should shutter his shop. I am so disappointed to have been made a fool. more

DO NOT Use All Floors 10/26/2009

My parents paid Bob at All Floors $5000 to do their hard wood floors and carpet in May 09. With much pushing Bob finally did the hard wood floors, but still has not put in the carpet, even after sending a letter using a lawyer to threaten a lawsuit. Our lawyer is heavily involved at this point. He has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Apparently, he doesn't pay the people he outsources to on time, so he can't get anyone to do his jobs. STAY AWAY. more

Broken promises 10/25/2009

He offered a 5% discount if I paid in full upfront to have my wood floors replaced, so I did. Big mistake. That was two months ago, and he's done nothing. He RARELY returns phone calls, and he has broken ALL his promises. He was recommended to me, and had the low bid, so I thought I had a good thing. Wrong! I've asked for my money back, and he wants to charge me for his restocking fee. If he has the wood, why isn't it in my house? So now my lawyer is involved. I cannot recommend this place. H. B. more

Nightmare 10/12/2009

I used this company for carpet, tile, wood flooring. They told me the job would take about two weeks and after 20 weeks it still wasn't finished. The details are too drawn out to go into, let's just say, they're incompetent and unresponsive. more

Go Anywhere Else for Flooring 9/30/2009

We contracted for wood floors and paid upfront for a discount - big mistake. He didn't install as promised; we tried to cancel and he wanted to charge us a cancellation fee; and we finally had to threaten legal action to get the product installed. On top of this Bob wouldn't return calls and complained that he didn't have time to be bothered by our calls to try and get the floors we had paid for. End of story - we finally got our floors installed much later than promised and with much inconvenience but it wasn't worth the aggravation. Even though I've used All Floors several times in the past with good results, something has changed and I'll never use them again. more

This little store on Division street carries anything you need to repair or redo the flooring in your home. From hardwood to vinyl to carpet, they've got it, and if they don't have it they'll order it for you. They also do installs and repairs. We had good interactions with them, and they seemed to be willing to haggle on pricing. They're a great resource if you're planning on buying materials and doing it yourself, and the staff there is always friendly and eager to help. more
