Review content:
Took my car in for brakes. They replaced the brakes and rotors for a reasonable price. A few months down the road, the brakes were having problems, so I took my car back and they took a look at them. They found the brakes were warped and cracked. How this happened, I don't know. So I get the car back after they replaced the brakes and it's making an awful noise and the steering wheel vibrates. I take the car back and the guy who worked on my brakes immediately said he did not break my car. Took him for a test drive, he put it up on the lift and said that it was probably my CV boot needing to be replaced. I found it kinda fishy that the car had a problem immediately after I took it in. They told me to take it back the next day so that they could look at it. There is NO way that I would do this. I took it to a more reputable shop and the first they noticed...One lug nut is missing from the wheel that was making all the noise. Also, two other bolts were extremely loose. The idiots at Pacific Automotive have no standards and will definitely NOT work on my car. PLEASE for the safety of you and your family/friends, STAY AWAY from this place!!!
