Review content:
I decided to try a new restaurant and try a new place of sitting all in one place! We went to Rocky's Italian Grill and we decided to sit in the bar area. Now that Jeffersonville is smoke free- we could try it!
The Bartender was great! Since this was our first visit she did a good job of explaining things on the menu so we could make the best choice possible. Everything we had was great!
My husband ordered a drink- Bellini. He loved it! I tried a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri and it was awesome!. Our appetizer was Fried Mozzarella Triangles. Those are just plain addicting! They served us Italian bread to be dipped in an oil/cheese mixture. This too was addicting! The salads were well made. My husband ordered a chicken calzone and I had the Italian Roast Beef Sandwich. We were both pleased with our choices.
Rocky's is under the same management as Buckhead's Mountain Grill. I have been a big fan of Buckhead's for a while now. Rocky's is also very good! It was nice to be able to sit in the bar area too. I had never done it and it was a pleasant experience. The bartender tended to us throughout the meal.
Oh, and did I mention it's riverside? There is an awesome view of the river and the bridges. There is also plenty of room inside as well as inside to sit. They also have a bar inside and outside to sit.
